About the role
In hospital medicine, clinical leadership drives meaningful change. Responsibilities
- Providing inpatient care to a small, acute care hospital with an open ICU and minimal subspecialty support.
- Candidates must be comfortable with vent management, but are not required to do procedures.
Qualifications
- Board-certified/eligible in internal medicine. Family medicine can be considered with demonstrated hospitalist experience.
- Ability to manage ICU patients without intensivist backup.
- 2027 J1 visa candidates invited to apply.

- Flexible scheduling is available. Full-time positions follow a 7-days-on, 7-days-off rotation.

Rewards and Compensation
- Annual compensation between $370-400K+ incentives depending on shift obligation.
