Qualifications
- Ability to work well in a team-based environment, focusing on collaboration and patient-centered care.
- Board Certified/board eligible in internal medicine or family medicine.

Responsibilities
- Provide inpatient care in a closed ICU environment.
- No procedures required.
- Be part of the Rapid Response team for your patients.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required.
- Collaborate with the hospitalist Director on performance improvement initiatives, including length of stay, readmissions, and regulatory compliance.
- Participate in monthly hospitalist team meetings.
- Focus on delivering high-quality care while benefiting from a flexible schedule, allowing for time with family, friends, and personal interests.
- Work closely with hospital colleagues across departments, serving on committees and contributing to hospital-wide initiatives like reducing hospital-acquired infections (HAIs).
- Utilize Epic EMR system.

Rewards and Compensation
Annual compensation up to $315,000 - $385,000, based on the number and type of shifts worked. Eligible for additional productivity and quality bonuses.
