We offer a standard 7-days-on, 7-days-off schedule. Other flexible schedule options may also be available. We support one another by covering shifts when needed.
Qualifications
- Internal Medicine or Family Medicine trained physicians are welcome to apply.
- Open to experienced or new grad physicians with availability to commence practice prior to summer 2027; we are not yet considering 2027 residents for this role.
- H1B candidates invited to apply; access to Sound’s in-house visa specialists as well as our licensing and credentialing experts; all required filing fees for the visa are paid and services covered.
Responsibilities
- The hospital has a closed ICU with 24/7 intensivist support, and we don’t require procedures or codes.
- Opportunity to work with Family Medicine residents.

Pay
Competitive yearly salary in the range of $288K+, depending on experience and shift obligation.
