About the role

We are seeking Hospital Medicine Physicians with 2-3 years of hospitalist experience to join a physician-owned partnership focused on autonomous, community-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient medical care at multiple hospital sites in California.
• Handle hospital admissions, with ED managing codes.
• Participate in a collaborative healthcare environment supported by a broad network of clinicians.
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care without night shifts.
• Provide comprehensive inpatient care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain high standards of quality and patient satisfaction.

Requirements

• Board eligible or certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Previous hospitalist experience required.
• California medical license is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
