The Department of Hospital Medicine (DHM), part of the Integrated Hospital-Care Institute, is expanding and seeking passionate, forward-thinking Board Certified/Board Eligible physicians to join our growing team. We offer flexible practice models to suit various lifestyles and career goals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality inpatient care across a variety of hospital settings
• Serve as teaching attendings for resident teams
• Mentor and educate medical students at the Lerner College of Medicine
• Engage in meaningful scholarship in clinical care, education, quality, and patient experience

Requirements

• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Internal Medicine
• Experience in hospital medicine preferred

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong clinical skills
• Effective teaching and mentoring abilities

Pay

Pay Range: Minimum salary: $261,250, Maximum salary: $359,750
