About the Role
Join our dynamic Hospital Medicine team at Lahey Clinic, a part of Beth Israel Lahey Health, as a skilled and experienced Advanced Practitioner. Work one-on-one with a team of physicians, providing varied medical services, including rounding, admissions, and cross-coverage for inpatients. Assess and manage acute and chronic illnesses, develop treatment plans, and counsel patients and families.
Be part of a leading healthcare system in Massachusetts, working within nationally recognized hospitals known for high-quality care. The role is based at a 370-bed tertiary care facility with an outpatient clinic and a new 43-bed Emergency Department (Level I Trauma Center) in Burlington, MA—an ideal location offering excellent schools, cultural activities, and easy access to Boston and New England's attractions.
Qualifications
- 1+ year of Advanced Practice experience in Hospital Medicine, Critical Care, or related field.
- Nurse Practitioners:
- Graduate of a Masters Program in Nursing.
- Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Certification required.
- Physician Assistant:
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Program.
- Documentation of registration for next NCCPA Board administration or successful completion of NCCPA Board.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required.

Pay
Annual base salary range: $133,120.00 USD - $215,000.00 USD. Actual compensation is determined based on factors such as seniority, education, training, relevant experience, certifications, geography, and job responsibilities.
