Responsibilities

  • Cultivate a healthy culture aligned with our WAG values.
  • Guide the career development of all team members, from onboarding and training to long-term growth and success.
  • Drive business success by managing the P&L, labor costs, and inventory to meet and exceed business goals.
  • Take the lead on recruiting, interviewing, and hiring top talent for all hospital roles.
  • Champion the client experience by ensuring every client and pet receives exceptional service, proactively addressing concerns to build lasting community relationships.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing a P&L, with a track record of driving results.
  • Successful background in recruiting, interviewing, and building high-quality teams.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to foster a positive, high-performing culture.
  • Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Previous management experience in a veterinary, medical, or customer-focused retail environment is required.

Schedule

We operate with extensive hours, offering care from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM daily, including dedicated urgent care hours on Sundays, ensuring a consistent flow of complex and emergent cases.
