Responsibilities

• Manage the hospital’s P&L, labor costs, and inventory to achieve business goals.
• Guide the career development of all team members, from onboarding to long-term growth.
• Build a high-performing team by recruiting, interviewing, and hiring top talent.
• Champion the client experience by ensuring exceptional service and building lasting relationships.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing a P&L, with a track record of driving results.
• Successful background in recruiting, interviewing, and building high-quality teams.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to foster a positive, high-performing culture.
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Previous management experience in a veterinary, medical, or customer-focused retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in veterinary medicine is preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
