About the role

As our Hospital Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the culture and success of the hospital. Partnering closely with the Clinical Director, you'll provide visible, hands-on leadership, ensuring the hospital operates efficiently while fostering accountability, collaboration, and a positive team culture. You'll oversee the day-to-day operations, support and develop your team, drive operational excellence, and ensure compliance and quality standards are consistently met.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational performance of the hospital, including staffing, scheduling, workflows, and resource planning.
• Build, coach, and develop a high-performing, engaged team.
• Create a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with the Clinical Director to ensure seamless hospital operations and an outstanding standard of patient care.
• Drive compliance, quality standards, and operational consistency across the hospital.
• Enhance the client experience while supporting the continued growth and success of the hospital.

Requirements

• Hospital Manager, Practice Manager, or similar operational leadership experience.
• A proven track record of building engaged, accountable, high-performing teams.
• Strong operational, financial, and organisational skills with experience managing hospital or practice performance.
• Experience driving compliance, quality standards, and operational processes.
• The ability to build trusted relationships with veterinarians, clinical leaders, and support teams.
• A collaborative, hands-on leadership style with excellent communication and coaching skills.

Pay

$85,000–$110,000 total compensation per year.
