Responsibilities

- Drive business success by managing the hospital's P&L, labor costs, and inventory to meet and exceed goals.
- Lead recruiting, interviewing, and hiring for all hospital roles to build a high-performing team.
- Champion the client experience, ensuring exceptional service and proactively addressing concerns to build lasting community relationships.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing a P&L with a track record of driving results.
- Successful background in recruiting, interviewing, and building high-quality teams.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to foster a positive, high-performing culture.
- Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
- Previous management experience in a veterinary, medical, or customer-focused retail environment.
