As Hospital Manager, you will cultivate a healthy culture, develop your team, drive business success, build a high-performing team, and champion the client experience in a welcoming North Texas community just north of the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.
Responsibilities
- Champion a positive, engaged, and collaborative team environment aligned with our WAG values.
- Guide the career development of all team members, from onboarding and training to long-term growth.
- Own the hospital’s financial health by managing the P&L, labor costs, and inventory to meet and exceed business goals.
- Lead recruiting, interviewing, and hiring for all hospital roles.
- Ensure every client and pet receives exceptional service, proactively addressing concerns to build lasting community relationships.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing a P&L with a track record of driving results.
- Successful background in recruiting, interviewing, and building high-quality teams.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to foster a positive, high-performing culture.
- Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
- Previous management experience in a veterinary, medical, or customer-focused retail environment.
