Responsibilities

Requirements

• Proven experience managing a P&L and driving financial results.
• Background in recruiting, interviewing, and building high-quality teams.
• Exceptional leadership skills to foster a positive, high-performing culture.
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Previous management experience in veterinary, medical, or customer-focused retail environments.
