As Hospital Manager, you will cultivate a healthy culture, develop your team, drive business success, build a high-performing team, and champion the client experience. You’ll practice high-caliber medicine across disciplines including wellness, diagnostics, surgery, exotic pet services, and urgent care (Sunday–Wednesday, 9am–9pm).
Responsibilities
- Champion a positive, engaged, and collaborative team environment aligned with WAG values.
- Guide career development for all team members, from onboarding and training to long-term growth.
- Manage the hospital’s financial health, including P&L, labor costs, and inventory to meet business goals.
- Lead recruiting, interviewing, and hiring for all hospital roles.
- Ensure exceptional client and pet service, proactively addressing concerns to build lasting relationships.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing a P&L with a track record of driving results.
- Background in recruiting, interviewing, and building high-quality teams.
- Exceptional leadership skills to foster a positive, high-performing culture.
- Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
- Previous management experience in a veterinary, medical, or customer-focused retail environment.
