Hospital Lead (Nights)

About the role

The starting wage for this position will be: $22.50/HR

Full-Time: Sunday-Thursday Night Shift

10:00 PM-6:30 AM

Supervises warehouse crew

with focus on increasing productivity while maintaining quality.

Essential Duties

  • Prints pick sheets, invoices, and other warehouse documents
  • Codifies bottle deliveries with Planning, Plant, Distribution and bottle vendor
  • Codifies delivery of supplies to Plant
  • Codifies trailer moves with Dispatch and Plant
  • Coordinates plant trailer moves, includes moving trailers with yard equipment
  • Tracks performance, trains, and monitors attendance of warehouse associates
  • Posts Daily and Weekly Performance charts
  • Conducts meetings to explain policies, practices, and procedures
  • Loads trucks, picks batches including unloads trucks, rotates inventory, and assists warehouse associates as needed
  • Aids in inventory control
  • Responsible for cleanliness of warehouse and Maintains a safe and efficient working environment
  • Regular and reliable attendance
  • Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred; and 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Fluency in English; speak, read, and write
  • Lift-truck operator certificate
  • Must be able to work in various temperature-controlled zones ranging from -5 F to ambient temperature
  • Must be flexible and willing to work the demands of the department which are subject to evening shifts, weekends, and holiday

Physical Demands

  • Frequent standing, walking, climbing, or balancing
  • Stooping, kneeling, or crouching
  • Regular lifting and/or moving up to 100 pounds
