Join a team dedicated to delivering exceptional outcomes and outstanding patient experience! We’re seeking a full-time Hospital Insurance Verification Specialist.

Responsibilities

• Verify and obtain pre-certification notification and authorization for all admissions and/or outpatient visits.
• Contact patients’ employer and/or insurance company to verify coverage and benefits.
• Obtain benefit-level information, patient liability, and billing address.

• Possess strong communication and customer service skills and respect for confidentiality.
• Ability to plan, prioritize and complete tasks under stress with frequent interruptions.
• Ability to multi‑task and possess strong attention to detail.

Schedule

Onsite position working Monday‑Friday, 9am – 6pm.
