Department Job Description Summary: BI Developer Florida Resident or willing to relocate to Florida required The BI Developer partners with clinical and business stakeholders to translate reporting needs into accurate, actionable analytics. This role designs, develops, and supports reports and dashboards using Epic reporting tools and enterprise analytics platforms, manages multiple projects, supports upgrades and testing, and contributes to training while delivering excellent customer service in a healthcare environment. Key Skills: Epic Reporting (Clarity, SlicerDicer, Radar, Workbench), SQL, Tableau, relational databases and data warehouses, Crystal Reports, Business Objects, data visualization and dashboards, healthcare analytics, clinical workflows, system upgrades, testing, and stakeholder collaboration Position Responsibilities Meets with report consumers to understand their reporting needs and is able to translate into meaningful and accurate reportsProvides input into test scripts for new updates/upgradesPerforms upgrade with vendor assistanceDemonstrates ability to manage multiple projects along with day-to-day workUtilizes system knowledge and available resources to address routine issuesPrepares and presents substantial portions at meetingsHighly proficient with SQL or Oracle, Crystal Reports, Business Objects, and relational databases.
