Schedule
- 3:00pm - 11:00pm, working every other weekend
- On-Call Rotation every 5 weeks
Starting Pay
$17.50+ based on experience

What to Expect
- Receive, prepare, and process hospital blood orders
- Ship routing, ASAP and STAT orders of blood and blood products
- Conduct a visual inspection of each product prior to shipment to ensure order accuracy
- Communicate with customers regarding order fulfilment, turnaround times, and product availability
- Maintain accurate hospital service records for transactions and process fees
- Maintain all storage requirements, service equipment, and vehicle work areas
- Data entry and blood inventory management
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- Valid in-state driver's license is required, may be required to deliver blood product if needed, but not a main responsibility or frequent
- Six months of customer service experience required
- Prior healthcare industry experience preferred
