Summary: Supports the clinic healthcare team by greeting and signing in patients, obtaining patient information, scheduling appointments, and assisting with patient inquiries. Coordinates procedures, laboratory services, and consultations with referral physicians. Collects and posts payments, assists with billing questions, and ensures encounter forms are complete prior to patient checkout. Manages clerical tasks including sorting mail and copying medical records. Minimum Qualifications: Other information: Required 6 months - Healthcare; Or - 6 months - Customer Service.
