Plans, directs, administers and coordinates mental health services and manages the general, medical, psychiatric, administrative and fiscal functions. Directs, reviews and enforces standards of care and treatment for patients receiving services at the hospital. Directs staff on matters involving the development and management of Chesters budget. Serves as official spokesperson for the hospital. Interprets department, state and federal policies, regulations and procedures to subordinates, outside official, professional and public groups. Chester Mental Health Center strives to assist patients to achieve their full recovery potential and values culture, safety, recovery, efficiency and quality. ## **Essential Functions** Serves as the Hospital Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for the Chester Mental Health Center. Directs, reviews, and enforces standards of care and treatment for patients receiving services at the hospital. Directs Fiscal Management staff on matters involving the development and management of Chesters budget. Serves as official spokesperson for the hospital. Serves as full-line supervisor. Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonable within the scope of those enumerated above.
