Join the Lighthouse Hospice Team as a Volunteer! Currently seeking compassionate and caring team members. Volunteers make a REAL difference in individual's lives through companionship, socialization, and communication. Training and ongoing development is provided by the Volunteer Coordinator.

Responsibilities

• Visit patients at their home on a weekly basis, or as needed.
• Provide companionship and socialization.
• Engage in activities such as listening to music, conversing, assisting with hobbies, etc.
• Create a positive, supportive, and respectful environment for the patient, family, and staff members.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and automotive insurance, if traveling to make patient visits.
• Pass background check requirements.
