Hospice RN Clinical Manager

Responsibilities

- Connect with Families: Step into the field when needed to build meaningful relationships with patients and ensure their transition into hospice is seamless and supportive.
- Shape Holistic Care: Collaborate across disciplines to ensure our individualized care plans address the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of those we serve.
- Advocate for Quality: Navigate regulatory and insurance landscapes with precision, ensuring our patients receive every benefit and resource they deserve.

Requirements
- Valid RN license in the state of Michigan.
- Current CPR and TB test certifications.
- Experience in hospice care is preferred.
- Previous management or supervisory experience is a plus.
