About the role
The Hospice RN is a member of the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) and is responsible to coordinate the implementation of each hospice plan of care. The Hospice RN ensures that the needs of the hospice participant and family are professionally and compassionately met according to the attending physician’s orders and the IDT Plan of Care. The Hospice RN also serves as an advocate and educator for improved care of all people who are terminally ill.
Requirements
- Current State Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience in hospice or a transferable, clinical venue such as home care, geriatrics, or oncology
- Current or eligible for certification in CPR
- Certification in hospice and palliative nursing within two years of employment is strongly encouraged

Pay
$43.00 - $43.00 / hour. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
