Position Highlights

- Leadership role within a respected hospice (13 beds) and palliative care program

- Shared weekday call coverage with APP support
Qualifications
- MD or DO with Iowa medical license
- Board Certified; Hospice & Palliative Medicine certification preferred
- Fellowship training and hospice/palliative care experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and interdisciplinary team skills
- Commitment to patient-centered care across physical, psychosocial, spiritual, and cultural domains
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary: $260,000-$280,000
- Relocation assistance up to $15,000
- Annual CME allowance: $6,000
- Paid malpractice with tail coverage
