About the role
Hospice RN- LR, Evening shift, 7 on 7 off schedule. Primary on-call RN for after normal business hours including: weekends, evening, nights, holiday on-call duty. Performs triage with caregiver/family for patient needs, pain crisis, and end-of-life issues and death. Makes patient visits as needed for medical and emotional crisis and attendance at death. Available to perform admission process and any follow up visits during shift.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Valid and unrestricted Registered Nurse license in Arkansas from an accredited school of nursing.
- Minimum of two years of nursing experience, with at least one year in hospice or home health.
- Current CPR certification recognized by Baptist Health.
- Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and a dependable vehicle.
Schedule
7 days on, 7 days off schedule; must be able to work a rotating schedule of 7 out of 14 days in a pay period.
Pay
Position is paid a salary based on an 80‑hour pay period; authorized for 80.00 hours bi‑weekly.
