Qualifications

• Minimum one (1) year bereavement counseling experience (preferred)
• At least one year of hospice or home‑care experience (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license (not required for positions assigned exclusively to Manhattan territory)
• Vehicle required to commute to patients (not required for positions assigned exclusively to Manhattan territory)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrates ability and attitude aligned with the spirit of caring and tradition at Calvary Hospital

Education

• Master of Social Work (MSW) from an accredited school of social work and one year related experience
• LMSW or LCSW eligible
