You’ll work closely with our interdisciplinary team to coordinate services, provide education, manage symptoms and help patients remain wherever they call home throughout their journey. Qualifications Include Current LPN/LVN licenseGraduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing programThree years of nursing experience preferredHospice, community health, or medical/surgical experience preferredCurrent CPR certificationValid driver’s license and insured vehicleStrong communication and organizational skills If you’re ready for a nursing career with purpose, flexibility, manageable workloads and a team that supports you, we’d love to hear from you.
