About the role
Provide compassionate care to hospice patients in their homes, assisting with daily activities and managing symptoms.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Assist patients with personal hygiene and mobility
- Monitor patient health and report changes to healthcare providers
- Coordinate with family members and other healthcare professionals
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
- Experience in healthcare or related field preferred
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good physical stamina and flexibility
Skills
