About the role
Provide compassionate care to hospice patients in their homes, focusing on symptom management and quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Assist patients with daily activities and personal hygiene
- Monitor patient health and report changes to healthcare providers
- Coordinate with family members and other healthcare professionals
Requirements
- Current license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred
- Experience in home health care or hospice setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Passing score on NCLEX-RN
- Basic computer skills

- Knowledge of hospice care protocols
