Responsibilities
- Evaluate referral and admission trends
- Analyze operational data
- Conduct team meetings
- Communicate policy and regulatory changes
- Provide hands-on clinical support as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Active Maryland RN license
- CHPN certification preferred
- Minimum two years of hospice clinical experience
- Experience leading and developing nursing staff
- Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
- Experience with EMRs, telemedicine platforms, Microsoft 365, and data analysis/reporting tools
Qualifications
- Strong nurse leader with passion for exceptional patient care, staff development, customer service, and continuous improvement

- Ability to resolve issues and improve processes
