for prose. Thus:
About the role
The RN is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, coordinating, monitoring and evaluating the strategies and services required to meet the patients/family's end-of-life care needs. Requirements
We need to include qualifications: Required Associate's Degree Nursing; Preferred Bachelor's Degree Nursing; 1 year of relevant experience experience, preferably in hospice or related field. Required Experience with dying patients and their families. Preferred LIC-Registered Nurse (RN) - STATE_MI State of Michigan required And CRT-CPR - AHA American Heart Association 90 Days required. Also Physical Demands list. We could split: Requirements (education, experience, licensure) and maybe Physical Demands as separate? But not in allowed headings. Could include under Requirements as a sublist? We'll include physical demands as a list under Requirements. Thus:Requirements
- Required: Associate's Degree in Nursing
- Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in hospice or related field
- Required experience with dying patients and their families
- Preferred: Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) – State of Michigan
- Preferred: CRT‑CPR – American Heart Association (valid 90 days)
Physical Demands
But Physical Demands is not in the example headings; but we could still include it as a heading if we have real content. The instruction says use h3 for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but says "use h3 for section headings (e.g ...)". It might be okay to add Physical Demands as a heading. However they said "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe we incorporate physical demands into Requirements. We could add a sublist under Requirements for Physical Demands. But that would mix categories. Better to add a separate section "Physical Demands" as it's substantive. The instruction didn't forbid; it just gave examples. I'd include it. Thus:Physical Demands

But we need to keep the content as is, but we can format as a paragraph. The original had no punctuation between sentences; we can keep as is but maybe add spaces for readability? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. Adding spaces is not changing meaning; it's okay. We'll keep the text but maybe add a space after each sentence for readability. However we must not invent new content; adding spaces is fine. We could keep as one paragraph.Schedule
