We are seeking a Hospice Homecare CNA for a full-time day shift position in the Sun Prairie area.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living such as ambulation, bathing, grooming, and eating
- Provide light homemaker help like housekeeping and meal preparation
- Document care and patient condition changes
- Communicate with the care team
- Participate in planning and education efforts
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Current CNA certification
- Prior personal care or hospice experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Basic computer skills
