Broad Reach Hospice is hiring a Full-Time Hospice Aide, offering a $2500 sign-on bonus!
About the role
We are seeking a compassionate, caring full-time Hospice Aide to support patients in their homes, assisted living facilities, and skilled nursing facilities in the mid and lower Cape area.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in various settings.
- Assist with patients' activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Follow and document the patient's plan of care.
- Communicate regularly with the nurse case manager.
Requirements
- Valid Massachusetts Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license.
- Experience with home health or hospice care is preferred but not required.
Schedule
Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm. Occasional availability on Saturdays is required. Rotating cover on holidays - currently one holiday worked per year.
Pay
The pay range for this position is between $20 - $27.50 per hour, depending on years of experience.
