Shift Differentials for weekday nights and weekends

Requirements

• Current CNA listing with NC Home Health Aide Registry
• Must have reliable transportation
• Minimum of 1 year experience
• Submit and pass all applicable pre-employment and annual tests and meet all training and other applicable state and federal guidelines

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality and compassionate care to patients per their individualized care plan
• Works collaboratively with the Hospice Home team in achieving patient care goals
• Maintain comfort, privacy, and dignity of our patients
• Promptly reporting pertinent information to a member of the leadership team
