Hospice Executive Director

Primary Responsibilities

• Captures and completes assigned projects to support the company’s immediate and long-range objectives.
• Oversight of patient eligibility for home care services, planning and supervising home health care services.
• Implementation and maintenance of administrative practices, agency philosophy, goals, and policies ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Improvement of agency profitability and motivation and retention of a qualified staff while ensuring the quality of services delivered.
• Liaison with management staff and other departments throughout the company.

Required Qualifications

• Current driver’s license and vehicle insurance, or public transportation.
• AZ: Must have at least 3 years of nursing experience with at least 24 months as a Registered Nurse in home health services.

Preferred Qualifications

• Home care experience.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Able to work independently.
• Good communication, writing, and organizational skills.

Pay and Benefits

Pay is based on several factors including local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. The salary for this role will range from $86,080 to $129,120 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
