Primary Responsibilities

  • Captures and completes assigned projects to support the company’s objectives
  • Oversight of patient eligibility for home care services, planning and supervision of care
  • Implementation and maintenance of administrative practices, agency philosophy, goals, and policies ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Improvement of agency profitability
  • Motivation and retention of qualified staff and assurance of service quality

Required Qualifications

  • Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse licensure with 1+ years supervisory or administrative experience in a home healthcare or related field
  • Current driver's license and vehicle insurance, access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation
  • State-specific requirements: Must meet one of the following criteria:
    • Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of administrative experience in home health care or a related health provider program within the last 3 years
    • Incumbent administrator as of July 1, 1981
    • Minimum 3 years of administrative experience in a health-related field, 1 year of which must be full-time in a home health setting within the last 3 years

Preferred Qualifications

  • Current CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
  • Home care experience
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Effective communication, writing, and organizational skills

Pay and Benefits

Pay is based on several factors including local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401(k) contribution (subject to eligibility requirements).

The salary range for this role is $77,472 to $116,208 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
