About the Role

This is a full-time Hospice CNA position with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. CNAs are typically assigned to 1-3 counties near the office where this position is posted. You will provide compassionate care to hospice patients, ensuring their comfort and dignity while supporting families through education and emotional support.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and document patient vital signs and changes in condition using EMR/EHR systems
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient information
• Drive to patient locations as needed, ensuring timely and reliable service

Requirements

• 1 year of CNA experience required
• Licensed CNA in the State of Indiana
• One year of hospice experience preferred
• Current driver’s license
• Reliable transportation and insurance
