Job Description Full-time Hospice CNASchedule: Monday thru Friday, 8a-5pAvailable territory openings: CNAs usually assigned to 1-3 counties near the office this position is posted toProvide compassionate care to hospice patients, ensuring their comfort and dignityAssist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and groomingMonitor and document patient vital signs and changes in condition using EMR/EHR systemsCollaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plansAdhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient informationSupport families by providing emotional support and education about hospice servicesDrive to patient locations as needed, ensuring timely and reliable service Benefits Competitive salaryMileage reimbursementExcellent PTO program (up to 136 hours in first year)Every Friday is payday!Health, dental, vision401k match programGreat team environment!
