- Provides engaging person-centered activities for patients at all levels of physical and cognitive functioning.
- Performs quality individualized personal care.
- Affirms patient, staff, and family satisfaction and safety.
- Maintains and enhances professional skills.
Requirements
- Current CO C.N.A. licensure
- Current CPR certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Solution-driven, creative, and resourceful problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage time well and perform assigned duties with attention detail, accuracy, and follow-through
- Proficient computer skills
Qualifications
- Experience in hospice care preferred
