Hospice Clinical Manager RN Full Time

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage clinical programs, services, and staff in alignment with policies and regional directives.
• Serve as the clinical expert, assisting with operational and financial management.
• Investigate client complaints and ensure quality care through regular home visits.
• Participate in recruiting, hiring, and training clinical staff.
• Evaluate programs for continuous improvement.
• Supervise clinical staff (RN/LPN/CNA), conduct annual evaluations, and oversee case management for financial efficiency.
• Manage caseloads to ensure adequate client coverage.

Qualifications & Skills

• Registered Nurse licensure in the practice state.
• Active CPR certification per agency policy.
• At least 3 years of RN experience in healthcare, preferably in home health or hospice.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
