Hospice Clinical Manager (RN)
Position Summary
The Nursing Clinical Manager oversees all clinical quality and operational components of the hospice agency services. This includes managing the business and clinical operations while enhancing revenue and patient satisfaction. They are responsible for resolving patient/family issues and ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, accreditation standards, and agency policies.

Minimum Qualifications
- Registered Nurse with a current license from the State Board of Nursing
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience
- Two years’ experience in a hospice agency
- Progressive supervisory or leadership experience
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
- Ability to articulate and demonstrate a commitment to the mission, vision, and values of Trinity Home Health Services
- Commitment to the Business Code of Ethics and Organizational Integrity Program
- Able to read, write, and use computer programs and telephone
