Hospice Clinical Manager - RN

Responsibilities

• Coordinate case management of all patient services to ensure quality care.
• Supervise assigned care staff and assist the administrator as needed.
• Provide direct patient care, including case management and care planning.
• Ensure accurate documentation for patient care and staff performance.
• Utilize staffing resources efficiently to deliver cost-effective hospice services.

Qualifications and Skills

• Current RN licensure in North Carolina and graduation from an accredited nursing school.
• Minimum of three years of diverse clinical nursing experience; hospice experience preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of hospice and homecare regulations.
• Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers and various applications.
• CPR certification.
