About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Hospice Clinical Manager - RN to oversee patient services, supervise care staff, and ensure quality care delivery.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating case management for all patients
- Maintaining accurate documentation for patient care and staff performance
- Supervising assigned care staff
- Assisting administrative leadership as needed
- Providing direct patient care, including case management, care planning, and staffing management
Requirements
- Current RN licensure in North Carolina
- At least three years of clinical nursing experience, preferably with hospice background
- Strong knowledge of hospice/homecare regulations
- Excellent organization, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Proficiency in computer applications and CPR certification
