About the Role

The Hospice Clinical Manager - RN coordinates patient case management, supervises care staff, and ensures accurate documentation of patient care and staff performance. They provide direct patient care as needed, including case management, care planning, and resource allocation to deliver compassionate and efficient hospice services.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient case management
• Supervise care staff and ensure accurate documentation of patient care and staff performance
• Provide direct patient care, including case management and care planning
• Allocate resources to deliver efficient hospice services
• Organize work independently and manage costs
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation

Requirements

• Current RN license in North Carolina
• Minimum of three years of diverse clinical nursing experience
• Hospice experience preferred
• Strong critical thinking and excellent communication skills
• Proficiency with computer systems
• Mandatory background checks and adherence to a drug-free workplace
