Hospice Clinical Manager - RN

Responsibilities

• Coordinate case management of patient services and supervise care staff.
• Ensure accurate documentation for patient care and staff performance.
• Assist the administrator as needed.
• Provide direct patient care, including case management, care planning, and staffing assignments.

Requirements

• Current RN licensure in North Carolina and graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• At least three years of diverse clinical nursing experience; hospice experience preferred.
• Knowledge of hospice/homecare regulations.
• Strong organizational, case management, and documentation skills.
• Excellent critical thinking and communication abilities.
• Proficiency with computer applications and CPR certification.
