Hospice Certified Nursing Assistant (PRN)
About the Role
We are looking for a passionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our leading team of hospice care professionals. The primary function is to provide personal healthcare and related services to the patient in their place of residence, assist in providing a safe and clean environment, work cooperatively with patient and family, and share observations and problems with the supervisor. Works under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse.

Schedule
PRN availability required: some availability between Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
Requirements
- Successfully completed Nurse Aide training/competency program approved by the state and listed in good standing on the state nurse aide registry; or State Licensure program that meets requirements
- Must have CNA license
- Current driver’s license
- At least one year of experience, preferred, as a Hospice Aide or Nursing Assistant in a hospital, nursing home, home health agency, hospice, or long-term care facility
- Reliable transportation
- Valid and current auto liability insurance
High School Diploma preferred.
