Hospice Certified Nursing Assistant (PRN)

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our leading team of hospice care professionals and make a difference by listening, caring, and serving.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal healthcare and related services to the patient in their place of residence
• Aid in maintaining a safe and clean environment
• Work cooperatively with the patient and family
• Share observations and problems with the supervisor
• Works under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Preferred: Has successfully completed Nurse aide training/competency program approved by the state and listed in good standing on the state nurse aide registry; or State Licensure program that meets requirements
• CNA license
• Valid and current auto liability insurance
• At least one year experience, preferred, as a Hospice Aide or Nursing Assistant in a hospital, nursing home, home health agency, hospice, or long-term care facility
• Reliable transportation
