We are growing and looking for compassionate professionals to provide personal healthcare and related services to patients in their place of residence, ensuring a safe and clean environment. This role involves working cooperatively with patients, families, and sharing observations with supervisors under the direction of a registered nurse.
Territory: Grayson and Fannin County, with occasional coverage in Collin County.

Responsibilities
- Provide personal healthcare and related services to patients in their place of residence.
- Assist in maintaining a safe and clean environment for patients.
- Work cooperatively with patients, families, and the hospice care team.
- Share observations and problems with the supervisor.
Requirements
- High School Diploma (preferred).
- Successfully completed a Nurse Aide training/competency program approved by the state and listed in good standing on the state nurse aide registry, or a State Licensure program that meets requirements.
- Must have a current CNA license.
- Must have a current driver’s license.
- At least one year of experience as a Hospice Aide or Nursing Assistant in a hospital, nursing home, home health agency, hospice, or long-term care facility (preferred).
- Reliable transportation and valid/current auto liability insurance.
