Responsibilities
- Provide personal healthcare and related services to the patient in their place of residence.
- Assist in providing a safe and clean environment.
- Work cooperatively with patient and family.
- Share observations and problems with the supervisor.
- Work under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma (preferred)
- Successfully completed a state‑approved nurse aide training/competency program and be in good standing on the state nurse aide registry, or hold state licensure that meets the requirements.
- Current CNA license.
- Current driver’s license with valid and current auto liability insurance.
- Reliable transportation.
- At least one year of experience as a Hospice Aide or Nursing Assistant in a hospital, nursing home, home health agency, hospice, or long‑term care facility (preferred).
