Pay

Competitive salary: $72,000 – $85,000 per year, plus monthly bonus opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with current and potential referral and payer sources
• Build and maintain a positive reputation for Brighton/Suncrest in your territory
• Strategic planning to identify opportunities to increase our presence in the market
• Build and maintain a strong understanding of the hospice market, our referral sources, and our competitors

Requirements

• Extensive experience in healthcare sales, especially home care and/or hospice
• Ability to market aggressively while simultaneously maintaining positive industry relationships
• Demonstration of good communication, negotiation, and public relations skills
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with referral sources
• Must be willing to drive with reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance

Schedule

Territory: Independence, Blue Springs, east Jackson County, Lafayette County, Johnson County. Minimal to no on-call obligations.
