We are looking for self-starters who are confident, personable and don’t want to be stuck behind a desk! Establish and maintain positive working relationships with current and potential referral and payer sourcesBuild and maintain a positive reputation for Brighton/Suncrest in your territoryStrategic planning to identify opportunities to increase our presence in the marketBuild and maintain a strong understanding of the hospice market, our referral sources and our competitorsExperience in healthcare sales, preferably hospice and/or home healthAbility to market aggressively while simultaneously maintaining positive industry relationshipsDemonstration of exceptional communication, negotiation, and public relations skillsAbility to work independentlyAbility to build and maintain relationships with referral sourcesMust be willing to drive with reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
